Sorenson Girls

I got to photograph these two cute little girls the other day.  Sisters are something special and it was fun to see big sister helping out so much.  Baby wasn't so sure about it all, but she put up with it enough to get a few images!

Cutler Family - in Delaware {Photographs by Danelle Empey}

The Cutler Family has been one of my favorite families to photograph for a long time.  So when they moved to Delaware I was a bit sad, but that didn't stop them from coming back now and then to DC to get family pictures.  But when baby boy number two came along, they asked if I could come to them...I said "YES!" 

We had a great session and it was great to see their family again.  And I took advantage of being so close to the beach with my own family and had a lot of fun in the sand!

Alex Turns One - Old Town, VA {Photographs by Danelle Empey}

Baby Alex is about to turn one.  I photographed her last year when she was brand new.  She has gotten so big and active.  It was pretty hard to keep up with this one, but we managed to capture some beautiful moments...and a lot of pictures with her tongue out.  Alex really likes to stick her tongue out!  (In fact, you can see a preview of that from her baby pictures when she was just a few weeks old.) What a cutie.
